Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-07-24

These terms govern use of mixenger, operated by [not configured — set the LEGAL_* environment variables], [not configured — set the LEGAL_* environment variables]. By creating a workspace or using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

mixenger is a shared inbox that connects to messaging channels you already own and lets your team answer customers and record orders in one place. We provide the software; you provide the channels and the content.

2. Your account

3. Third-party platforms

WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and Telegram are run by third parties under their own terms. Your use of mixenger with those channels must comply with them, including their messaging-window rules, template and opt-in requirements, and prohibitions on unsolicited messaging. We enforce the messaging windows in-product, but you remain responsible for what you send. We are not liable for a platform suspending, rate-limiting or terminating your account, or for changes those platforms make to their APIs.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use mixenger to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, to harass or defraud, to break any law, to infringe others' rights, to circumvent a platform's rules or rate limits, or to attack the service's security or availability. Automated replies must not be presented as a human agent where a platform forbids it.

5. Your data

Your content stays yours. We process it only to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export it at any time, and delete it by deleting your workspace. You grant us only the licence needed to host, transmit and display it for you.

6. Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen period. Messaging charges levied by a platform (notably WhatsApp conversation charges) are passed through at cost — we add no markup. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We will give notice before a price change takes effect.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, platform outages and events outside our control can interrupt it.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, creates legal or security risk, or is non-paying after notice. On termination, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows when. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Material changes will be notified in-product or by email.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
