You can have the data mixenger holds about you deleted. Pick whichever applies to you.
Your messages reached mixenger because a business you contacted on WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram or Telegram uses it as their inbox. To have your data removed:
Your messages and comments, their attachments, your conversation threads, your platform identifiers (PSID / Instagram-scoped ID / WhatsApp ID), your display name and profile picture reference, and any reactions you left.
If the business already recorded an order against you, that order is kept as their business record, but your personal details on it — name, phone number, notes and profile references — are stripped.
If you have a confirmation code, check its status at
https://app.mixenger.com/data-deletion/status?code=YOUR_CODE, or use the form:
A workspace owner can export everything and then delete the workspace from Settings → Data & retention. Deleting a workspace destroys every message, contact, order, attachment and channel connection it owns. You can also set an automatic retention window for message attachments there.
